Kenwood TS-990

This is a TS-990 that we got used a few years ago. From another retired government worker it has little or no use and mainly used as a SWL radio.

Powers up and seems normal. I have a offer from a dealer for 4K for this radio if it powers on and seems normal which it does. I see new ones in the 8k range. If you can make me a fair offer and are within driving range we can probably make a deal.
